The St. Dismas Prison Ministry Society is a federally registered charity that provides reintegration and aftercare programs, services, and support to prisoners in correctional institutions and in the community.

“Because of this ministry my faith has absolutely come alive. Because of my constant seeking of great stuff to share and because of the joy I feel when I see people "Light up" I have come to understand and love our faith more than ever. As well, upon realizing that many of the people that I meet are truly victims, I now see my work not as work at all; if this is work, then I want to be a workaholic.”

2020 Fundraising Golf Tournament

Help us to provide the much needed prisoner reintegration and aftercare programs, services, and support by playing in or sponsoring our 6th annual fundraising golf tournament. This event is designed to be an enjoyable afternoon of golf and fellowship for all levels of players. We look forward to your participation and support. .

“I would like to express how important prison ministry has been in my reintegration back into the community from Drumheller Institution. I have been in and out of prison for years, and had very little success at remaining in the community for ant substantial time. Reintegration is a very difficult adjustment to make, and one needs to have a good plan in place to succeed. With the help of the Let's Journey Together program I was able to develop  that plan. Changing ones life in the community starts in prison, and without the help I received I sincerely believe that I would have been destined to continue making the same mistakes and going back to prison. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart "
